The Spuyten Duyvil Metro-North Railroad station serves the residents of the Spuyten Duyvil neighborhood of the Bronx, New York via the Hudson Line. Trains leave for New York City every 25 to 35 minutes on weekdays. It is 11.1 miles (17 km) from Grand Central Terminal and travel time to Grand Central is approximately 23 minutes.

As of August 2006, daily commuter ridership was 913 and there were 100 parking spots.[1] More than half of the commuters travel to the station using the Hudson Rail Link bus.[2]

Platform and track configuration

This station has two high-level platforms. The northern one is an eight-car-long side platform generally used by northbound or outbound or Westchester County-bound trains. The southern one is a four-car-long island platform generally used by southbound or inbound or Manhattan-bound trains.

The Hudson Line has three tracks at this location. The northern platform is adjacent to Track 1. The southern platform is adjacent to Tracks 2 and 4.
